Query: Classify your Protein

You can import any protein sequence that doesn't appear in the database by pasting it. You can name your sequence and track it throughout the analysis, which you can start by clicking on "Search".

The system assigns your protein to the best fitted cluster, and you are presented with its cluster card.
- Once you have imported your sequence (by "classifying your protein"), all the system tools will apply to it for further analysis: Your imported sequences are saved in the system during your current working session.
